When you shop with us, you’re doing more than grabbing cute merch and rescue-inspired goodies, you’re directly supporting the care our cats need, including food, litter, vaccinations, spay/neuter, medications, and emergency vet visits.

Refund & Replacement Policy

At Curious Cats Rescue Incorporated, every purchase directly supports the care of rescued cats. Because proceeds are used to fund veterinary care, food, and shelter, we ask customers to review orders carefully before completing their purchase.

All Sales Final

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Orders picked up in person or delivered by a Curious Cats Rescue Volunteer

Please double-check the sizing charts and shipping details before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item (if available), or

  • A store credit at our discretion

We reserve the right to deny replacement requests submitted after the 7-day window.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Curious Cats Rescue is NOT responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

Donations

All monetary donations are considered final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 24 hours of the error at ADMIN@CC-RESCUEINC.ORG so we can review the situation.
